• Address Accuracy:
  It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided during the order process is accurate. Posh Setting cannot take responsibility for orders that were shipped to the address on the order but were sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. In such cases, refunds will not be issued, and if the order is returned, the shipping cost cannot be refunded.

Since we’re a small, independent business, we are not able to offer to cover return shipping costs at this time. But don’t worry - we’re 99% sure you’ll love the product and this won’t apply to you!

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in 3-4 business days.
